Once you move into your new home, we will still be here to answer any questions that you may have. The process to get your service concern addressed promptly is to first verify that the item is covered under warranty. To do this, check to see that the item is not a maintenance item. Maintain Home. Then make sure that the concern meets the time criteria, which is:
1 Year-Free from material defect due to noncompliance from building standards 2 Year-Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilating 5 year-Free from major structural defects due to noncompliance with building standards.
