MB Story
Manuel Builders' (MB) beginning is rooted in the first-time homebuyer market, with many of its early homes constructed off-site and moved.  In 1986 MB expanded its market geographically to service more of Acadiana. This expansion included a return to on-site construction, which has been the core of their business for over 20 years.  Even through MB's success in the "custom" home market, their primary focus remained affordability and practicality.

With MB's long history of customer satisfaction, it was no surprise that in 2001 MB launched its 1st Community Development. There was and still is a growing need for affordable new construction, and it's here that MB has taken all of their experience to provide you with great housing in the best locations.  Being both the developer and the builder means you can expect the best in customer satisfaction and service.
