Custom Plans
Whether you just can’t quite find the right one in our library, or you’ve already obtained a set of plans elsewhere, we do offer fully custom home building if you are building on your land. In either case, plans will have to be drafted by our in-house architectural design team, so we highly recommend scheduling an appointment with us to start working on your plans before spending money to purchase plans elsewhere. While we require a $250 bidding fee on all custom homes, you’ll find that this is typically much lower in cost than purchasing plans from another source. The bidding fee is then credited to the final cost of your home when you move on to sign a purchase agreement with us.
Please note that custom homes must go through an internal approval process before the first consultation.
