Manuel Builders offers a 5-2-1 warranty
- 5-year Structural (Free from major structural defects due to noncompliance with building standards)
- 2-year Mechanical Systems (Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and ventilating systems)
- 1-year Entire Home (Free from material defect due to noncompliance from building standard - *appliances are 1 year*)
Please verify that the issue is still covered by warranty and that the item is not a maintenance item. If the issue meets these criteria, then proceed to submit your online request. A customer service representative will contact you regarding your warranty request within 48 hours.
Note: Some items come with a Manufacturers warranty that can extend past Manuel Builders warranty.
*Nothing herein is to be construed as superseding, modifying, or waiving the provisions of the NHWA
