Lindsey serves as a residential designer. Her role involves transforming clients' ideas into comprehensive construction documents, which serve as the blueprint for their dream homes. From conceptualization to execution, Lindsey ensures that every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Lindsey pursued her passion by obtaining a degree in Drafting & Design from SLCC. Her roots in design run deep, stemming from childhood hobbies of drawing floor plans and exploring architectural concepts through video games. She has been an integral part of our team for nearly six years, demonstrating unwavering dedication and expertise since joining Manuel Builders. What Lindsey loves most about her role is the opportunity to witness the transformation of ideas from paper to reality. Designing homes isn't just about drafting plans; it's about turning dreams into tangible, livable spaces that bring joy and fulfillment to her clients.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Lindsey is a devoted wife and mother of two. Her love for adventure extends beyond the realms of design, as she finds immense joy in traveling and exploring new destinations with her family. At Manuel Builders, Lindsey not only finds fulfillment in her work but also cherishes the vibrant culture fostered by our team. Kristina Kinzer, our Production Administrator, is the driving force behind many of our beautiful homes. As we celebrate her contributions during Women in Construction Week, let's take a closer look at Kristina's journey and the invaluable role she plays at our company.

Kristina serves as our Production Administrator, a pivotal role that entails guiding homeowners through every step of their construction journey. From initial permitting and site evaluation to the final closing, Kristina is there to ensure a seamless process. Her expertise extends to handling reselections, change orders, and everything in between, ensuring that each homeowner's vision is brought to life with precision and care.

Raised in the heart of East Texas, Kristina's upbringing was steeped in the construction industry, thanks to her parents' ownership of a construction and trucking company. With 2 ½ years under her belt at Manuel Builders, Kristina has quickly become an indispensable asset to our team, leveraging her wealth of experience and innate talent to streamline our production processes.

For Kristina, residential construction isn't just a job—it's a lifelong passion rooted in her upbringing and family. Her intimate understanding of the construction process, coupled with her unwavering dedication to excellence, ensures that each project is executed with the utmost care and precision. What drives her each day is the opportunity to walk alongside homeowners as their dreams take shape. Married to her husband for 15 years, Kristina cherishes her family above all else and embraces every opportunity for adventure and togetherness.
