Did you know that you have the entire construction process to save money to put toward your down payment?
"The one time close construction loan at GMFS Mortgage allows the homeowner to borrow up to 95% of the subject to completion value. This loan allows for 12 months of interest only to allow construction of the home. Upon completion of construction, the loan balance is modified into permanent financing. Modification allows the homeowner to apply addition funds toward the principal balance. Apply additional funds at modification may result in lower monthly payments."
