Another advantage of meeting with a lender early on is that you give yourself the time to explore your lending and loan options. This allows you to make choices that work best for your particular situation. You can also look into financing with one of your builder’s recommended lenders. There may be perks to financing with them such as their familiarity with the builder’s process and special incentives they can offer.
